When I first met Dr. Levy in May of 1998, I had already been sidelined for four months with an injury. A local orthopedic for a professional sports team had diagnosed my injury as a stress fracture to the pubis bone. Despite several months of inactivity, it was still impossible to lightly jog without pain; and awkward , every day motions, such as getting out of bed in the morning or entering and exiting a vehicle, were crippling. When asked the cause or nature of this injury, the orthopedic said, "it could be four or five different things, and when medicine offers more than three reasons, they don't know what's going on." Well, several months later, after the conception of the Levy Chiropractic Center, Dr. Levy phoned and asked to examine me. He had suspected all along a misalignment in the hip region as the culprit, and x-rays confirmed Dr. Levy's insight. At this time, I began to be adjusted under Dr. Levy's care, and was running within a weeks time. Several weeks later, after three adjustments per week by Dr. Levy, I was able to sprint flat, all out, without any pain or discomfort. Now, four months under Dr. Levy's care, I'm able to train thirty-five miles per week and soon look forward to competing again. Although the hectic holiday schedule has kept me from keeping my appointments recently with Dr. Levy, rest assured that I am will aware of the importance of my weekly adjustment. Please accept this most recent award as testimony to good health, knowing your healing hands made it possible.
Peace and prosperity through the new year,
Thanks!

I came to Dr. Levy with what I would consider a minor problem, a tendonitis in my wrist. After three months and the usual therapies, wrist supports, heat, cold, etc. and no improvement, I thought it was time to do something. I had hot, burning sensations and limited movement in my right hand. Being right handed, with limited use, this was surely making my life difficult. I had difficulty opening jars, writing, opening doors and dressing, not to mention the stabbing, hot pain. I assumed this was from an insidious sprain or over use from skiing and gardening. It took about 9 treatments with this new concept and treatment called Active Release Techniques (ART) and I feel a vast improvement. It also helped some minor arthritis in my fingers. The manipulations and stretching of the tendons, to relieve adhesions and restore circulation, are not with out discomfbrt. But, over time, I can see the difference, and I am slowly beginning to feel normal. One does not realize how intricate and essential the hands and their movements are, until you are deprived of that motion and use. I am grateful to Dr. Levy for his help. I knew from the start that traditional cures were not going to work. The ART make sense. Taking Advil just doesn't cut it!!

Dear Dr. Levy,
For years I suffered from aches and pains in my neck and shoulders, which led to headaches at the end of each day, especially if it was a stressful day. In addition, at least once a month my back was getting stuck where I couldn't stand if I was sitting on the floor. Although 41 years old, I thought I was in good shape because of exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water and eating right (at least sometimes). Yet I could not stop these problems. After meeting you at a work seminar I decided chiropractic care was worth a try. I admit I was skeptical about the entire chiropractic theory. Your treatment has been wonderful. The stiffness in my neck and shoulders and the headaches are gone. I feel better all over and the only change that this can be attributed to is your care and treatment. Thank you for being so helpful, caring, and kind, I have and will continue to recommend you to others.

Chiropractic care with Dr. Levy has really made a difference in how I feel. It has tuned me in to what my body is telling me, and it's helped me to have a greater understanding of the concept of optimum well being. When I first came to see Dr. Levy, I had a lot of"knots" in my mid-back that I had just come to accept as a normal part of everyday life. I also experienced what I felt were sinus headaches about once a week. I started to notice a.change after the first few visits - subtle at first, then gradually becoming more obvious after several weeks. It was almost as if Dr. Levy was retraining my body to give up its old habits! And it wasn't just limited to my back - after some treatments of my jaw and cervical spine, my headaches stopped almost completely - one in three months, compared to one per week. It's important to note that it's not just the type of care that Dr. Levy gives, but how he gives it that really makes a difference. He takes the time to get to know you, and he is genuinely interested in how you are doing. He also has plenty of great analogies to help you understand the communication between your spine with the rest of your body, and how chiropractic works to maximize that interaction. It's great to see that information quantified through the different technology he utilizes - you can actually see the progress that you're making over the course of your visits.
Dr. Levy has made me a believer in the benefits of chiropractic!

Dear Dr. Levy,
I just wanted to let you know what a difference your treatment has made in my life. When I first started coming to you, about 6 months ago, I was in a lot of pain. Problems with my neck and back had made it so that I had suffered from extremely painful headaches every single day for months. I was going through bottles and bottles of Advil, and they were losing their effectiveness. I couldn't go to the gym anymore without being in extreme pain afterwards. It was hard to even remember what it felt like to not have pain in my head, neck, and upper back. Imagine my relief when you said you could help me to feel better. Within a month, the headaches began to clear up. A month after that, I could begin working out again. Now, 6 months later, the difference is amazing to me. I always thought that my back-related pain was just something I would have to live with for the rest of my life. At the age of 23, that was not something I looked forward to. Thanks to you, my headaches are completely gonel My back has occasional pain, but nothing like it was before. I now go to the gym 3-4 times a week, and I feel great. Chiropractic care at your office has completely changed my life. It is amazing to go from constant pain and headaches to finally feeling "normal" again. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.
